Job Opening:Client Tech Supt Associate

Location: Bangalore

Qualification :

• Any Graduate 
• Undergraduates with 12 months of International BPO experience
• Undergraduates with 18 months of Domestic BPO experience
• Willing to work in shifts
• Versant Cut off of 55%

Years of Experience : Fresher

Job Description:

1. Answer customer calls / inquiries (internal and external) on related issues, e.g: Technical queries, Dispatches & Customer Escalation both phone and email systems 
2. Need to provide resolution for all the calls by researching and navigating through knowledge base
3. Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
4. Deal with other departments – eg: Sales or customer service etc... to solve the customer issues Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations and meeting or exceeding these expectations
5. Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations and meeting or exceeding these expectations
6. To verify and investigate into customer's complaints or issues and drive for resolution within specified time frames.
