Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):

• Managing stability and reliability of Vodafone Germany"s profile management 
• Ensure proper functionality of technical user provisioning and their interfaces
• Definition and implementation of roles and profiles for IT Applications
• Incident- and problem management across multicultural, virtual teams and different vendors and Vodafone Germany"s hardware provider
• Working in IT projects with the focus on reducing IT operation costs and ensuring a stable profile management

Primary Skill:
PHP - L2 ( Scripting, Maintenance ) No Developer required - Must
Unix/Linux shell - L1 + L2 ( Split) ( Scripting , Trouble shooting)
SQL/PL SQL - L2 ( Scripting , Trouble shooting
Secondary Skill:
Amdocs Ensemble SUM Tool - L2 (create & maintain Amdocs Ensemble users & profiles, trouble shoot, Start , stop , operation activities)
Location: Pune
Experience: 4 to 8 yrs:
