Password to open e Aadhaar downloaded pdf file - UIDAI

In this section, I will show how to download and open e Aadhaar downloaded password protected pdf file.

How to Download e Aadhaar Card Online:

1. Visit e Aadhaar UID website https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/

2. Enter your Enrollment Number,Full Name, pincode etc..

3. You will get a OTP number to your mobile to verify.

4. Enter OTP number and click on "Verify and Download" button.

5.  Aadhaar Card Letter will be opened in PDF format but this is password protected file so we need password to open this pdf file.

How to open e Aadhaar downloaded pdf file :

1. You need 'Adobe Reader' to view e-Aadhaar pdf file.

2. When you open the PDF File it will prompt to enter the password.

3.Just put postal PIN code of your address as the password.
Your Pincode will be the password to open your e-Aadhaar Letter (Aadhaar Card)

4. Click on Ok button.

5. your Aadhar Card letter will open in pdf file.
