CEO Andhra Form 6 is available online on it's official website www.ceoandhra.nic.in.

1. Visit CEO Andhra Website http://www.ceoandhra.nic.in .
2. Click on E-Registration=>FORM-6 Tab.
3. OR Check Direct link http://ceoaperms.ap.gov.in/eregistration/eregistrationnew/userdetails_new.aspx.
4. If you don't know the assembly Constituency, you have to click on the link beside the box. Know your Assembly Constituency
5. Fill up Application Form.
6. Upload your Photo using browse option. Here you select only .jpg images and image size must be less than 100 KB and width and height must be 240 X 320.
7. Click on Save Button.
8. After save, a unique application ID will be generated.
9. Unique application ID can be used to know your Application Status.
7. Done.

Form-7 : For Objection to inclusion of name.
Form-8 : For Correction in the card.
Form-8A : For Transpose your card.

How To Register New Voter ID Card Online using Form-6 :
